600SL: CARBON FIBRE // SUPER LIGHT
Elite performance, cutting edge materials, custom made. The 600SL is a more considered approach to carbon road frame design.
Not all carbon frames are created equally - most are ‘layed up’ as a single piece (monocoque) inside a mould that is then heat treated to produce a complete frame. This approach is suited to mass market production and often mistakes style for performance. We use a more conventional yet laser precise tube-to-tube construction technique that is more representative of how a steel, aluminium or titanium frame is built. The result? Tuneable ride characteristics that deliver a more responsive and positive ride that is devilishly stiff yet velvety smooth.
Fully customisable carbon fibre road frames are rarely seen but the 600SL is made to order. Each frame is fitted, balanced and weighted perfectly to it’s rider, marrying the wonders of custom fitting with the delights of cutting edge carbon fibre tubing to produce staggering performance.
We have two workshops; Brighton Metalworks and Brackley Carbonworks in the heart of Formula 1 country. Each 600SL frame is fabricated by our composite materials industry veteran and co-founder, Neil Fitzgerald. Neil has developed his skill working with carbon fibre within the F1 industry and is exposed to the very latest technical innovations the field has to offer.

This tried and tested technology gives in both our and our customers opinion far better ride characteristics than the mass produced moulded method of frame construction. It delivers a more responsive and positive ride, mimicking that of our steel bicycle frames.
