The REILLY 600SL our flagship carbon frame is now in its second year of production. Astoundingly light to hold and totally entrancing, the frame alone in your hands is a smile inducing 649 grams often provoking the response “how can that be?”

We have two workshops, Brighton HQ & metalworks. Brackley carbonworks in the heart of Formula 1 country. We draw very heavily on local carbon skills and resources that are in abundance. Each frame is custom made by Neil FitzGerald, one of the three co-founders of Reilly Cycle works. Neil has developed his skill working with carbon fibre from his employment within the F1 industry and is exposed to the very latest technical innovations that the field has to offer.
With the 600SL we chose to build using tube to tube construction techniques. This tried and tested technology gives in both our and our customers opinion far better ride characteristics than the mass produced moulded method of frame construction. It delivers a more responsive and positive ride, mimicking that of our steel bicycle frames.
We manufacture as many carbon frame parts in house as possible for the 600SLD. We recently finished our own BB86 tooling allowing better tolerances and lighter weight.
Damon, Neil and Mark are constantly designing new parts, in a quest to make the 600SL the best 100% English tube to tube carbon frame.
