Delivery & Shipping Information
We hold stock on all our frames in all sizes and can usually ship bike builds and frames within 2 weeks subject to component availability and frame finish. If a frame is out of stock at the time of ordering delivery will take no longer than 3 months. Our sales team will be able to give you a timeline once you have placed your order.
Shipping is free to Mainland UK. We use Parcelforce 48 hour service for bikes and Parcelforce 24 hour service for framesets.
Overseas shipping will be charged at cost. Indicative shipping costs are shown at checkout but we use an agent to calculate the most cost effective courier service from UPS, FedEx, DHL and many others. Our sales team will contact you to confirm exact shipping costs and times.
Returns Policy
You can Book A Demo ride here and we encourage you to discuss your bike build and especially your frame size with our team before placing an order.
Your deposit is fully refundable if the bike build hasn’t been started by our workshop. Thereafter, cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee.
Custom frame finishes are non-refundable.
