We are happy for you to visit but call first to arrange a suitable time as we are a workshop not a shop. We are based at Cudham Tithe Barn, Berry's Hill, Berry's Green, Westerham TN16 3AG. There is plenty of parking plus road and off-road trails for you to demo a bike.
To reserve your bike and secure a place in the build queue, a fully-refundable deposit of £1,000 is required (£500 deposit for framesets.) Instructions: add to cart > proceed to checkout > enter your contact information > continue to shipping/payment > on the payment page, select 'Bank Deposit.' After clicking 'Complete Order', you will be presented with an Order Confirmation page which displays our bank details. Please use your surname as reference.

Any orders from overseas, including EU, should have the UK VAT removed at the checkout. If the VAT is not deducted, please email sales@reillycycleworks.com. Shipping is FREE to Mainland UK. We use Parcelforce 48 hour service for bikes and Parcelforce 24 hour service for framesets.
Overseas shipping will be charged at cost. Indicative shipping costs are shown at checkout but we use an agent to calculate the most cost effective courier service from UPS, FedEx, DHL and many others. When you order is ready, our sales team will contact you to confirm exact shipping costs and times.
We encourage you to discuss your bike build and especially your frame size with our team before placing an order.
Your deposit is fully refundable if the bike build hasn’t been started by our workshop. Thereafter, cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee.

You should also always use carbon assembly paste on your seat post, this minimises water ingress and slippage.
Gradient, T325D, Spectre and T640D use BSA also known as English threaded, 68mm.
T325, Gradient T47 and Fusion use T47 bottom bracket.
Your frame is designed for an 44mm headset which is very widely available.
Principally it is designed around a Chris King inset 7 or Reilly Chrono, these both take tapered forks from 1 1/8” to 1.5”. Another popular choice is HOPE pick n mix, for this you need to order both H cup and 2 cup.

This can occur in some cases, after a few longs rides these noises will usually go away when the brake pads and rotors have bedded in. It’s also very important to keep rotors clean of dust and oil etc.
I’m getting a creaking noise from my bottom bracket or headset, what shall I do?

Your bike will be tubeless ready but we fit regular inner tubes as we find the majority of our customers prefer these. If you choose to go tubeless a Reilly stockist or local bike shop can help you.
In the UK we run the front brake to the right-hand lever. Please email sales@reillycycleworks.com if you wish to change this. The brake hoses run internally, through the down tube and fork respectively.
